This Attorney will be heavily involved in handling employment law and commercial litigation matters. The role entails developing and counseling on employment-related agreements, policies, and employee handbooks, as well as interacting with various departments to provide comprehensive legal services to clients with diverse needs.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop employment-related agreements, policies, and employee handbooks.

    • Interact with other practice groups within the organization to provide comprehensive legal services to clients with diverse needs.

    • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and similar state laws).

    • Experience in anti-harassment and other employment training.

    • Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer

    • Proficiency in Employment Law

    • Experience in creating and revising Employee Handbooks

    • Familiarity with HR Compliance matters
