• Collaborate with different departments to establish responsibility for maintenance and repairs.
• Use computer programs such as OfficeTrax and Microsoft Suite to carry out duties effectively.
• Handle a high volume of tasks, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Liaise with landlords and other external parties as necessary.
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality service.
• Review leases to determine whether landlord or tenant is responsible for facility issues.
• Utilize your background in facilities coordination to manage and schedule facility maintenance and service requests.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Process and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
