Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!
We are looking for a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will assist in creating visually engaging content for various digital and print platforms. You will work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and producing graphics for digital and print materials, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual concepts.
- Edit and refine existing designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of professional design experience, including internships or freelance work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Creative Thinking: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality work with a keen eye for detail.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas effectively.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with animation, video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro), or UI/UX design is a plus.
