    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a diligent Help Desk Analyst II in the bustling city of Jacksonville, Florida. As an integral part of our team, you will mainly focus on providing technical support, addressing and resolving issues, and managing user accounts across various IT platforms. You will also be expected to perform system updates and work closely with senior staff members when necessary.

    Responsibilities:
    • Effectively monitor and respond to helpdesk emails, phone calls, and ticketing system requests, working closely with associates to troubleshoot, document, and propose potential solutions.
    • Handle incidents and service requests by leveraging your technical skills, IT resources, and standard documentation.
    • Investigate, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues related to Windows Operating Systems, Office 365 applications, engineering production applications, collaboration systems, and basic networking technologies.
    • Administer user accounts on several IT platforms, ensuring seamless user experience.
    • Conduct configuration changes, updates, and system or application upgrades as directed.
    • Deploy, set up, and provide support for desktops, laptops, VoIP, Unified Communication, Video Conferencing, and other technologies to Associates.
    • Participate in off-hours On-Call rotation to provide continuous support.
    • Undertake other relevant duties and projects as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
    • Occasionally travel to support offices within the region.
    • Proficiency in Android Development is required
    • Demonstrable experience with Cisco Technologies
    • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
    • Ability to work with Mac Computers
    • Proficient in Microsoft products and software
    • Experience in handling Apple Devices
    • Knowledge of Configuration Management
    • Experience in Deployments
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD
    • Experience with Active Directory
