    About the Role:

    We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Front-End Developer to join our team and help create stunning, user-friendly web applications. As a Front-End Developer, you will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and other team members to turn concepts into responsive and interactive web experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, test, and maintain user interfaces for web applications using modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US).
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement visual designs that align with branding and user experience goals (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US).
    • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability across different devices and browsers (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US).
    • Collaborate with back-end developers and integrate APIs and web services to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
    • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards for code readability, reusability, and overall performance.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing websites and applications.
    • Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies, best practices, and industry standards to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.


    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US).
    • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

    • Ability to transform visual designs and wireframes into functional web pages.
    • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, caching, etc.).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS.
    • Practical knowledge of tools like Webpack, Babel, or other build systems.
    • Basic understanding of SEO principles in web development.
    • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
    • Experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
    • 3+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role.
