    We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals team at Robert Half and help drive strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and forecasting with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Robert Half's national client base that will provide you with experience working within different industries, learning new systems, tackling mission-critical projects for our clients and giving you accelerated experience expanding your skills to quickly advance your career! This is a permanent position that will require onsite work in the Charlotte Metro area. Candidates for this position will need to be adaptable to varying structures and projects, engaged, eager to learn/take on new responsibilities, proactive, and drive process improvements.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including variance analyses, financial statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and forecasts by analyzing past performance and market trends.
    • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth or cost savings.
    • Model Development: Create and maintain financial models to support decision-making for new initiatives, capital projects, and other strategic plans.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and senior management, to provide financial insights and recommendations.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or other financial modeling platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
