    • Develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy for the company’s SaaS offerings, aligning product initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering collaboration across engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products.
    • Drive Agile practices within product development teams, managing backlogs, sprints, and iterative product releases while balancing feature development with technical debt management.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between product teams and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and alignment with business priorities.
    • Gather input and feedback from customers, sales, and other stakeholders to continuously improve products and ensure a customer-centric approach.
    • Present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions, track key product metrics, and measure product success.
    • Use insights to optimize product performance, prioritize features, and enhance the user experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in managing SaaS product lifecycles from conception through launch.
    • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience working with development teams in an Agile environment.
    • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing timelines and objectives.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making and familiarity with product analytics tools.
    • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
