    • Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is preferred.
    • Familiarity with process improvement software like Process Street or ProcessMaker.
    • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
