• Proven ability to design and implement dashboards and workflows within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with business analysis techniques such as gap analysis and backlog grooming.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex topics to non-technical audiences.
