    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate business needs into software development tasks.
    • Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and other project management tools.
    • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and experience supporting Agile teams.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and claim administration processes.
    • Expertise in gap analysis, business process functions, and A/B testing.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and analysis.
