We are in search of a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you'll be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, with a focus on account reconciliation, billing, and cash applications.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Manage and maintain up-to-date customer credit records.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions when needed.
• Ensure the timely and accurate billing of customers.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
• Manage cash applications and ensure all cash receipts are applied properly.
• Carry out cash collections effectively and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze and report on account details.
• Operate JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software for various accounting tasks.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
• Must have knowledge in Billing procedures
• Familiarity with Cash Applications is necessary
• Experience in Cash Collections is a must
• Background in Commercial Collections is needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software is a plus
