We are inviting applications for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role primarily involves handling accounts payable, executing account reconciliation, and ensuring efficient data entry in the finance sector.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
• Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies.
• Undertake regular check runs to ensure all payments are up-to-date.
• Implement coding invoices to streamline the payment process.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain updated and accurate customer records.
• Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for maintaining and analyzing financial data.
• Utilize NetSuite for managing customer accounts and financial transactions.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation, capable of identifying discrepancies and solving them efficiently.
• Strong experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice verification, approval, and payment processes.
• Experience in executing Check Runs, ensuring that all checks are accurate and processed on time.
• Skilled in Coding Invoices, enabling accurate categorization and tracking of expenses.
• Excellent Data Entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed to ensure timely and correct invoice processing.
• Proven experience in Invoice Processing, including receiving, verifying, and recording invoices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating spreadsheets, using advanced formulas, and performing data analysis.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial software, including its features for invoice processing and account reconciliation.
