    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accountant in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. As an Accountant, you will be expected to handle a variety of accounting functions including processing payables and receivables, creating and maintaining balance sheet accounts, and utilizing Microsoft Excel and Sage 100 for various tasks.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Utilize Sage 100 for various accounting tasks
    • Create and maintain balance sheet accounts
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including the use of pivot tables and macros
    • Process and monitor payables, receivables, and billing
    • Keep accurate records and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
    • Proficiency in various accounting functions
    • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Ability to manage and maintain Balance Sheet Account
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel including Pivot Table and Macros
    • Experience working with Sage 100 software
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
    • Detail oriented accounting certification, such as CPA or CMA, is preferable.
