We are seeking a Sr. Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role operates within the compliance industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Sr. Compliance Analyst, you will take the lead in ensuring adherence to the Davis Bacon Act, initiating and developing new systems for compliance, maintaining accurate records, and submitting all necessary reporting to the Department of Labor. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the compliance process for the Davis Bacon Act, ensuring projects meet federal financing requirements
• Evaluate the current compliance status with the Davis Bacon Act's prevailing wage requirements and take necessary action
• Initiate, devise, and implement new processes or systems to enhance compliance with the Davis Bacon Act
• Maintain up-to-date reporting for the Department of Labor
• Determine the applicable wage rate for each project or work classification in line with the Davis Bacon Act
• Utilize auditing skills to ensure all compliance procedures are followed and accurately documented
• Continuously evaluate and improve compliance processes and products
• Experience in Compliance management and enforcement is required.
• Must have a thorough understanding of the Davis Bacon Act of 1931 and its implications.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex compliance issues.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
