Responsibilities: • Oversee the enhancement of the ERP system, ensuring all project requests are accurately documented and prioritized.• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to gather clear and actionable requirements for enhancements.• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accurate effort estimates and cost/benefit analysis.• Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes in scope, delays, and key milestones.• Continuously evaluate and improve internal project management processes to enhance team productivity.• Proactively identify risks and obstacles that could impact project timelines or quality and work with the team to mitigate these risks.• Maintain transparent communication within the IT team and with business stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress, challenges, and updates.• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and provide clear documentation on project performance, including post-project evaluations and lessons learned.• Collaborate with external vendors for system integrations or development work when necessary, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
