Please apply now, call 319-362-8606, or email your resume direct to Shawn M Troy - Technology Practice Director with Robert Half (addition contact information is on LinkedIn).</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Oversee the enhancement of the ERP system, ensuring all project requests are accurately documented and prioritized.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to gather clear and actionable requirements for enhancements.</p><p>• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accurate effort estimates and cost/benefit analysis.</p><p>• Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes in scope, delays, and key milestones.</p><p>• Continuously evaluate and improve internal project management processes to enhance team productivity.</p><p>• Proactively identify risks and obstacles that could impact project timelines or quality and work with the team to mitigate these risks.</p><p>• Maintain transparent communication within the IT team and with business stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress, challenges, and updates.</p><p>• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and provide clear documentation on project performance, including post-project evaluations and lessons learned.</p><p>• Collaborate with external vendors for system integrations or development work when necessary, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.</p>
