    We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role involves managing projects to ensure successful completion within the set timeline and budget. The Project Manager will also be accountable for ensuring that projects align with set standards and guidelines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead projects as part of our strategic business plan, ensuring they deliver on time, on budget, and in line with standards and guidelines.
    • Act as a Scrum Master for the development team, leading scrum ceremonies and clearing obstacles.
    • Aid the team to focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products.
    • Ensure that functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable.
    • Set schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product and manage project scope and timelines.
    • Register and control the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trail ticket assignments.
    • Support the management of dependencies among cross-product teams.
    • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager.
    • Work closely with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager.
    • Compile briefings from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into plans.
    • Support the management, classification, and identification of risk for functional improvement requests.
    • Supply the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are brief, focused, and timely.
    • Cooperate with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects.
    • Provide detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments.
    • Lead project planning.
    • Jointly act with Product Owner/Product Manager to ensure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are defined and viable.
    • Execute deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner.
    • Interact and communicate with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members.
    • Arrange the project with precise ticket workflows and boards.
    • Verify the RACI matrix for projects in a product line.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Management role
    • Possession of a PMP Certification
    • Demonstrable skills in Project Planning
    • Proficient in Agile methodologies
    • Proficient in using MS Project
    • Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Familiarity with the Waterfall model
    • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
    • Knowledge and experience in DevOps environment
