    Skills:

    • Knowledge of Compliance, Entity Formation, Federal Tax Return, and Multi-state Tax Returns
    • Understanding of Foreign Tax and Form 1099.
    • Must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tax Manager in a public setting
    • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is a must
