We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the Health Insurance industry, located in Carmel, Indiana. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our accounts department by ensuring accurate data entry, account reconciliation, and efficient handling of invoices.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and efficient invoice handling
• Support the accounts department with precise data entry
• Reconciliation of accounts on a regular basis
• Address inquiries regarding customer accounts and invoices
• Take necessary actions on customer accounts when required
• Monitor daily check deposits regularly.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential.
• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Must have previous experience with Billing processes.
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks.
• Experience in Invoice Processing is mandatory.
• Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
