We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Carlsbad, California. As a Collections Specialist, you will be primarily focused on sales order entry, handling collections issues, and interacting with customers. You will also be tasked with ensuring that sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Handle sales order entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Address and resolve collections issues as they arise
• Maintain consistent interaction with customers to ensure a high level of customer service
• Utilize NetSuite and basic Excel for daily tasks and customer management
• Keep track of and follow up with customers regarding collections
• Review expense reports and ensure receipt availability
• Use your skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Answering Inbound Calls, Claim Administration, and Collection Processes to meet job requirements
• Act as a gatekeeper for sales orders, ensuring all orders are processed correctly and efficiently
• Handle B2B collection emails and internal emails
• Deal with a large volume of sales orders and manage the accounts of big customers.
