• Oversee the administration of health insurance and 401K plans
• Process customer credit applications with precision and speed
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy
• Download and manage reports using Microsoft Excel
• Handle unemployment claims in a timely manner
• Perform detailed analysis of data and information
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients
• Carry out full cycle payroll tasks with due diligence
• Ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
• Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional customer service
• Proficient in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to conduct detailed analysis, interpreting data and making informed decisions
• Knowledge of standard HR practices and procedures
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems
