Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily administrative functions of the office, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients on general administrative matters.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure everything is stocked and in working order.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications to support staff and leadership teams.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and monitoring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to keep the office operating at peak efficiency.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and oversee budgeting in coordination with senior management.
- Support various departments with project coordination, reports, and data management as needed.
