    Are you a results-driven professional with exceptional relationship-building skills? Do you enjoy working closely with clients to meet their needs while identifying opportunities for growth? We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in the Twin Cities, MN! This is a fully on-site role, providing the opportunity to work face-to-face with clients and colleagues in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
    • Manage and coordinate client account activities, including onboarding, project updates, and ongoing support.
    • Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities to add value or expand service offerings.
    • Communicate regularly with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services according to client expectations.
    • Monitor performance metrics, track account status, and prepare reports on client success and engagement.
    • Ensure all client interactions comply with company standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.
    • Support business development efforts by identifying new leads, participating in meetings, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
    • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving client concerns.
    • Willingness to work fully on-site in the Twin Cities area.
