We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Project Manager in Buffalo, New York. This role involves managing a team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the conversion from a legacy system to Oracle
• Assist with the implementation of the new system, including testing, validation, and report building
• Ensure all data balances correctly between the old and new systems
• Work independently to research variances and use reporting tools to problem solve
• Drive the team with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Handle data reconciliation and ensure high levels of accuracy
• Manage the process redesign and documentation to reduce the number of manual entries
• Utilize your knowledge of General Ledger (G/L) to oversee the project
• Support the implementation of Oracle and other accounting software systems
• Oversee the business process improvement and modeling to ensure efficient operations
• Utilize big data for project implementation and management.
