    We are seeking a CFO to join our team in west Denver. In this role, you will lead our financial strategy and operations with a focus on scaling the business and achieving investment goals. You will be tasked with overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management, while also shaping the strategic direction in partnership with the CEO.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and execute financial goals in collaboration with the executive team, aligning with the company’s strategic vision.

    • Advise on growth initiatives such as acquisitions, technology investments, operational efficiencies, and market expansion.

    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to enhance profitability and cash flow.

    • Maintain and optimize financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance.

    • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

    • Spearhead risk management efforts, including insurance, legal compliance, financial audits, and internal controls.

    • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with market volatility, liquidity, and covenant compliance.

    • Manage capital structure, including equity and debt financing, to achieve growth objectives.

    • Serve as the primary liaison with investors, lenders, and financial stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.

    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration across departments to align financial strategy with corporate objectives.

    • Position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a CFO or similar leadership role.
    • Proficiency in using 3M is essential for the role.
    • Expertise in various Accounting Software Systems is a necessity.
    • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is expected.
    • Should have a comprehensive understanding of Business Systems.
    • Proficient in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
    • Must have a solid grasp of Accounting Functions and principles.
    • Experience in Auditing is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of financial information.
    • In-depth knowledge of Budget Processes is required to manage and allocate resources efficiently.
    • Expertise in Capital Management to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
    • Must be skilled in Cash Flow Analysis for effective financial planning and decision-making.
