    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain schedules, including coordinating meetings, conference calls, and virtual sessions.

    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including sorting mail, taking messages, and distributing information appropriately.

    • Organize and maintain files, ensuring all documents are accurate and easily accessible.

    • Coordinate special occasions by arranging gifts, cards, and other celebratory items for the team.

    • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets to track data and maintain accurate records.

    • Support event planning efforts by organizing logistics and ensuring seamless execution.

    • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and general office support.

    • 2+ years proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Experience coordinating meetings, events, and virtual sessions.

    • Ability to create precise and well-crafted documents and correspondence with attention to detail.
