    We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Redmond, Washington. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions to enhance revenue visibility and streamline interactions between partner programs and internal systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Zoho, integration strategies, and cloud-based applications.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and implementation of the Zoho solution tailored to meet organizational needs.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless system integration.

    • Develop and manage tools within platforms such as Zoho Creator or Catalyst to optimize workflows.

    • Integrate data from various sources, including Zoho Sheet and other external systems, into ERP workflows.

    • Oversee API development to facilitate efficient communication between systems.

    • Conduct change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and practices.

    • Leverage expertise in SAP and cloud technologies to enhance system capabilities.

    • Monitor and resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability.

    • Provide budgetary projections and pricing models for system enhancements.

    • Document processes and solutions for future scalability and improvements.

    • Proven experience in Zoho and system management.

    • Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).

    • Strong knowledge of change management principles.

    • Familiarity with CPQ software and best practices.

    • Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in ERP systems.
