We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team. The role involves supporting our property management and accounting software, MRI. While the position is fully remote, we have a preference for candidates from New England.

Responsibilities
• Utilize your strong Excel and SQL skills to optimize our processes
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records
• Leverage your knowledge of Excel VBA to enhance the functionality of our systems
• Support and manage the MRI Software for optimal performance.

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficient in MRI Software
• Advanced skills in SQL and SQL - Structured Query Language
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Practical experience with Excel VBA
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological developments.
