    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and issue accurate invoices, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation.
    • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues with urgency.
    • Maintain and update customer accounts with billing information.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations related to billing and payments.
    • Generate reports to track billing metrics and improve operational efficiency.
    • Stay current with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.


    Requirements:

    • Professional Certifications (Preferred): Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent.
    • Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical records systems like Cerner and Epic. Familiarity with Workday software is an advantage.
    • Experience: At least 1-3 years in billing, collections, or accounts receivable roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
    • Abilities: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>• Oversee the processing of multi-state payroll for both union and non-union employees, ensuring all state and federal labor laws are adhered to.<br>• Administer prevailing wage payroll, complying with the Davis-Bacon Act and Service Contract Act requirements.<br>• Handle payroll tax filings, deductions, wage garnishments, and benefits administration across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring all are done accurately and promptly.<br>• Regularly maintain and reconcile payroll records, auditing payroll transactions and promptly addressing any discrepancies.<br>• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Union representatives to ensure alignment of payroll processes with union agreements and wage determinations.<br>• Stay informed on multi-state tax laws, wage regulations, and union contract requirements to ensure payroll compliance.<br>• Generate payroll reports and assist with audits, including internal reviews and external labor compliance audits.<br>• Manage timekeeping systems and ensure accurate reporting of hours worked, including overtime and shift differentials.
