We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist in Boca Raton, Florida, 33487, United States. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, installers, and distributors needing technical assistance with our products. You will also be responsible for facilitating new customer activations, ensuring proper configuration of modems and routers, and performing various technical support tasks as directed.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary technical contact, resolving customer issues related to our products
• Communicate effectively with customers and distributors to identify and resolve their technical problems
• Facilitate the activation of new customers and ensure their data is accurately entered into the company server
• Liaise with Internet companies to guarantee that modems and routers are correctly configured to work with our products
• Perform various technical support tasks as directed, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of all issues
• Provide assistance in installing and troubleshooting system and network problems
• Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, and Active Directory to provide comprehensive support
• Leverage knowledge of Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, Configuration Management, and Desktop Support to improve customer experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service, utilizing customer service software and call center customer service skills
• Ensure all technical tasks and customer interactions are conducted with strong attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role.
• Proficiency in Android Development.
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware.
• Experience with Dell Technologies.
• Ability to handle Active Directory.
• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices.
• Understanding of Backup Technologies.
• Experience in Configuration Management.
• Proven skills in Desktop Support.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Familiarity with Customer service software.
• Experience in Call Center Customer Service.
