    Job Posting: Business Development Support Specialist

    Are you a proactive professional with strong communication skills and a passion for driving customer satisfaction and retention? We’re seeking a Business Development Support Specialist to join our team focused on supporting business development and achieving customer retention goals. This role involves close collaboration with customers, trade allies, and internal departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.

    As an integral part of the team, you’ll lead inside sales efforts, engage in customer retention calls, and deliver timely, results-oriented solutions. If you’re motivated to positively influence customer decisions and enjoy providing exceptional support in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately receive, review, and process rebate applications in compliance with program guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate data entry for rebate applications within company systems.
    • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience for applicants.
    • Handle customer billing concerns, corrections, and final invoice reviews, ensuring timely and accurate updates to records.
    • Execute creative solutions to meet the unique needs of customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
    • Manage inbound and outbound communication for service, sales, marketing, and other customer-related inquiries.
    • Help execute marketing efforts to engage customers and support retention goals.
    • Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to solve issues and ensure processes are followed correctly.
