We are in search of an Influencer/Affiliate Manager to join our team in Beverly Hills, California. In this role, you will be primarily involved in identifying and recruiting influencers and affiliates who create content related to political, retirement, finance, and investing topics. Your focus will be on constructive engagement and fostering long-term partnerships with content creators.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential influencers and affiliates within the political, retirement, finance, and investing spaces and recruit them to join our program.
• Engage with potential partners actively, promoting our brand and fostering interest in our affiliate program.
• Develop a structured and scalable recruitment plan to enhance our influencer marketing efforts.
• Conduct targeted market research to identify potential partners for our affiliate program.
• Evaluate and select content creators whose audience aligns with our target demographic and brand values.
• Assist in the implementation of our Cost Per Lead (CPL) strategy.
• Expand our brand reach by recruiting influencers and affiliates who align with our key verticals.
• Conduct research on YouTube channels, Instagram creators, and other platforms to identify potential partners.
• Evaluate potential influencers based on their engagement, audience alignment, and content quality.
• Adapt our content strategy to market trends and refine our recruitment strategy accordingly.
• Ensure that affiliates continue producing content and provide them with new assets on a monthly basis.
• Manage the logging and processing of affiliate payouts across various platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Proven track record in influencer marketing
• Demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
• Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain detail-oriented, productive relationships with influencers and affiliates
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Self-starter, capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in using social media platforms and influencer marketing tools
• Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
• A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
