We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Administrative Documentation Specialist. This short-term role is ideal for recent graduates with strong organizational skills and an interest in training. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document processes, create easy-to-follow instructional guides, and support training efforts for their Oracle system implementation.
What You'll Do:
- Work with SMEs to understand and document step-by-step workflows in Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems.
- Create clear and user-friendly resources such as guides, manuals, and reference sheets.
- Develop instructional materials like PDFs, visual guides, and video tutorials (including voice-overs).
- Ensure all materials are accurate, accessible, and clear by collaborating with various teams.
- Organize and maintain documentation to keep it up-to-date and easy to access.
- Provide input to improve the quality and effectiveness of training resources.
What We're Looking For:
- Recent graduates welcome! Must be tech-savvy and organized.
- Eager to quickly learn new systems, software, and tools.
- Bonus if you have experience with tools like Adobe Acrobat, Camtasia, or Snagit (not required).
- Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable creating instructional videos or visual guides for non-technical users.
- Familiarity with Oracle systems (ERP, HCM, or EPM) is a plus but not required.
- Able to stay organized, manage tasks, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
