    We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Administrative Documentation Specialist. This short-term role is ideal for recent graduates with strong organizational skills and an interest in training. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document processes, create easy-to-follow instructional guides, and support training efforts for their Oracle system implementation.


    What You'll Do:

    • Work with SMEs to understand and document step-by-step workflows in Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems.
    • Create clear and user-friendly resources such as guides, manuals, and reference sheets.
    • Develop instructional materials like PDFs, visual guides, and video tutorials (including voice-overs).
    • Ensure all materials are accurate, accessible, and clear by collaborating with various teams.
    • Organize and maintain documentation to keep it up-to-date and easy to access.
    • Provide input to improve the quality and effectiveness of training resources.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Recent graduates welcome! Must be tech-savvy and organized.
    • Eager to quickly learn new systems, software, and tools.
    • Bonus if you have experience with tools like Adobe Acrobat, Camtasia, or Snagit (not required).
    • Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
    • Comfortable creating instructional videos or visual guides for non-technical users.
    • Familiarity with Oracle systems (ERP, HCM, or EPM) is a plus but not required.
    • Able to stay organized, manage tasks, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
