    We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to strengthen our team. Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, this role primarily involves providing technical support to company employees, managing IT assets, and ensuring the optimal functionality of our systems. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Effectively manage and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring they are resolved promptly or escalated as needed.
    • Regularly monitor and maintain the inventory of computer supplies.
    • Install, configure, and update desktop software applications as required.
    • Oversee the configuration and deployment of hardware for new and existing employees.
    • Manage IT asset management tasks, including tracking and maintaining IT inventory.
    • Provide encryption keys to users when necessary.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues across the organization.
    • Ensure that Windows updates and patches are installed as needed.
    • Document the status and resolution updates of problems in the ticketing system.
    • Recommend IT equipment purchases based on the organization's needs.
    • Proficiency in Android Development is required
    • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is a must
    • Experience with Citrix Technologies is necessary
    • Ability to work with Mac Computers is expected
    • Profound knowledge of Microsoft products and services is essential
    • Proficiency in using Active Directory is required
    • Experience with Apple Devices is a must
    • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is necessary
    • Experience in Configuration Management is expected
    • Knowledge of Deployments is essential
