We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Client Service Representative in the banking industry, located in Belen, New Mexico. This position will be based on-site and will involve various responsibilities related to customer service and financial transactions.

Responsibilities
• Efficiently handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Process checks and manage collection procedures
• Handle consumer loans and credit-related tasks
• Maintain and update customer records using banking software
• Use Accounting Software Systems and Lawson ERP for data processing tasks
• Operate LaserPro for certain banking procedures
• Manage cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and quick calculations
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Client Service Representative or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with Banking software is a must.
• Demonstrable experience in Data Processing.
• Knowledge of LaserPro software will be an advantage.
• Experience with Lawon ERP software is preferred.
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally.
• Prior experience in Check Processing is necessary.
• Familiarity with Collection Processes is required.
• Must have knowledge of Consumer Loans.
• Credit management skills are necessary.
