We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in Belchertown, Massachusetts. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties including managing incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the company's social media presence.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately monitor and process incoming mail
• Efficiently manage business's calendar and schedule appointments as needed
• Answer incoming phone calls in a detail oriented and timely manner
• Assist in the maintenance of the company's Facebook and Instagram pages
• Help with the company's website maintenance and updates
• Process project invoices and ensure accurate records are kept
• Conduct weekly deed transfer mailings
• Organize and execute mailings, including seasonal ones like Christmas mailings
• Use accounting software systems and other computer programs as necessary
• Perform clerical duties and other tasks as assigned.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is expected.
• Ability to create and manage Banner Ads.
• Competence in using a range of Computer Programs.
• Experience with CRM is important.
• Knowledge of About Time software will be beneficial.
• Must be capable of providing appropriate Answers to client queries.
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls is required.
• Ability to handle Billing Functions efficiently.
• Should be adept at performing Clerical Duties.
