Responsibilities:
• Analyze operations, determine project scope, and document results to identify project requirements
• Develop project plans and templates, ensuring regular reporting of milestones and maintaining action lists
• Provide assistance and consultation regarding software system setup, facilitating changes as needed
• Lead meetings as required and form dialogues with department managers to address current issues and inefficiencies
• Develop new and standardized processes and procedures for repeatable tasks across the organization
• Process and notify departments affected by system updates and schedule installation as necessary
• Assist in report writing and data analytics to support decision-making
• Author new policies as needed, treating each as a mini project
• Study system capabilities, analyze alternative solutions, prepare system specifications, and write programs to meet requirements
• Monitor department budgets for variations, ensuring validation of expenses paid
• Organize past project decisions for reevaluation when required.
This on-site role requires a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Business Analysis and Project Management experience with Auditing of Processes and Procedures, Review of how Systems Support Interdepartmental needs and Overall Business Efficiencies and Effectiveness.
