    We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in MEMPHIS, Tennessee. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them to their desired location within the building. They will also manage incoming phone calls and ensure a smooth and efficient communication process.


    Responsibilities:

    • Speaking in both Spanish and English with visitors.

    • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone

    • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories

    • Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed

    • Operate a multi-line telephone system to direct calls efficiently

    • Keep reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials

    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

    • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

    • Ensure reception area is run efficiently and effectively at all times

    • Handle any customer inquiries and resolve them promptly and professionally.

    • Bilingual in Spanish and English

    • Proficiency in managing and directing calls through a multi-line phone system

    • Demonstrable experience in administrative duties such as coordinating mail, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies

    • Ability to guide guests promptly and with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring a positive visitor experience

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse groups of people

    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) for administrative tasks

    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required

    • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks

    • Detail-oriented appearance and demeanor, reflecting the company's image and values.
