We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in BALTIMORE, Maryland, United States. This role involves handling various tasks related to customer accounts, including processing applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of all Accounts Receivable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Input invoices for customers
• Handle online orders for credit card accounts, verifying all information for accuracy.
• Manage credit card payments for customer accounts
• Post all financial transactions and journal entries.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to customer accounts.
• Send monthly statements and invoices to customers via email upon request.
• Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies in Accounts Receivable monthly.
• Extract daily bank statements.
• Scan checks and reconcile deposits.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as an Accounts Receivable Clerk
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
• Demonstrable experience in Billing procedures
• Ability to handle Credit Card Payments effectively
• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
• Competence in entering Invoices accurately and promptly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Proven experience in processing Credit Card transactions efficiently
