    Legal Secretary We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Secretary in Austin, Texas. The selected individual will be primarily supporting our Bankruptcy Group, enhancing attorney effectiveness by providing relevant information and support. This role involves a range of tasks including drafting legal documents, coordinating schedules, and resolving conflicts.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Efficiently process and transmit text, data, and graphics.<br>• Maintain and monitor attorney calendars, scheduling conferences, teleconferences, and travel.<br>• Draft letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information.<br>• Manage client conferences and attorney meetings, coordinating preparation of charts, graphs, and expense reports.<br>• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, counsel, third parties, private investigators, medical providers, experts, etc.<br>• Maintain client and attorney confidentiality, keeping all information secure.<br>• Utilize electronic filing and retrieval systems, supervising assigned file clerks.<br>• Assist in submitting billable time and reimbursable expenses, preparing invoices and communicating with clients concerning invoices.<br>• Contribute to the department's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and special projects.<br>• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and people skills, working well within a team concept.<br>• Show consistent follow-through and the ability to multi-task, effectively balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
