- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area across two office locations, ensuring it remains presentable and welcoming.
- Call Management: Professionally handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring all messages are accurately documented and routed to the correct parties.
- Customer Service: Provide a warm and caring experience for all visitors, clients, and team members. This includes greeting guests, answering inquiries, and assisting with appointments.
- Administrative Support: Perform light administrative tasks, such as scheduling, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Office Coordination: Assist in maintaining office resources and supplies for both locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise at reception efficiently and professionally.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish / fluent
- Previous experience working in a front desk receptionist role
- Ability to handle high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Professional and presentable, passionate about helping people with disabilities a major plus
- SOFTWARE: MS Office, phone systems
