UX/Product Designer (B2B Insurance Portal) - Contract
Contract Duration: 10-12 Months (Potential for Extension)
Location: Hybrid / 3 days a week onsite in Dunwoody. 2 days remote

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/Product Designer to join our team on a contract basis to enhance the user experience of our B2B portal. This role will be pivotal in optimizing the customer journey for our business clients, focusing on streamlining workflows, improving usability, and driving engagement. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and impactful design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand the needs and pain points of B2B clients.
- Analyze user behavior and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user insights.
- UX/UI Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements to the B2B portal.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and accessibility across all design elements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides

- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to the development team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Product Thinking: Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Iteration & Optimization: Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of design changes.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience.
