What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading UX design projects from concept to completion, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and other creatives to deliver polished and innovative design solutions.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working in an agile environment and managing design iterations based on feedback.
- Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to client projects, while keeping user needs and business goals at the forefront.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates agency-level work and creative problem-solving.
- Experience in user research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Strong understanding of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- A passion for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can constantly learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design ideas to both internal teams and clients.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles is a plus.
