What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive financial planning and analysis by managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Analyze financial performance to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Support strategic decision-making through detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives.
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end financial close processes by preparing variance analysis and key reports.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of FP& A experience, ideally in a fast-moving industry (healthcare a plus, but not required).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills – Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- A proactive mindset – someone who loves problem-solving and making an impact.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
