    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia. As a part of our team, you will be instrumental in coordinating and managing various marketing and communication projects. Your role will include establishing workflows, ensuring project completion within the specified timelines, and maintaining the stipulated quality standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficient management of project timelines, ensuring all tasks and objectives are achieved as per schedule.
    • Establish clear communication with various stakeholders, including designers, copywriters, business partners, vendors, etc., to collect project requirements and set project priorities.
    • Allocate resources and work assignments to team members, taking into consideration their skills, availability, and workload capacity.
    • Monitor the progress of projects and identify potential bottlenecks or issues that could impact delivery timelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assure effective communication and seamless integration of tasks.
    • Implement project management tools and systems to enhance project workflows and improve efficiency.
    • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring they align with allocated resources and expectations of business partners.
    • Conduct regular status meetings or check-ins to update all stakeholders about project progress.
    • Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle, such as changes in scope or resource constraints.
    • Continually evaluate and optimize processes to improve team productivity and overall project delivery.
    • Write creative briefs that clearly articulate project goals and requirements.
    • Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
    • Prepare reports summarizing project progress and results.
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other agencies.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

    • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, essential for project management and tracking.

    • Expertise in Cloud Technologies, crucial for data storage and access.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems to manage customer relationships effectively.

    • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline processes and information across the organization.

    • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology to manage and control software and product development.

    • Experience in Budget Processes to ensure financial efficiency and control of the project.

    • Strong Communication skills to effectively convey project goals and updates to team members and stakeholders.
