We are seeking a Project Manager - Systems in San Francisco, California. This role is vital to our operations and will involve close collaboration with our team based in Ireland, developing sourcing opportunities, and overseeing projects. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Work globally to identify and establish sourcing opportunities across various areas such as workplace services, finance, and technology projects.
• Develop and manage third party software vendor programs in partnership with business units, operations, privacy/risk, and infosec.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements including master services, statement of work, NDA, and data privacy, with the assistance of teams such as legal, finance, and privacy.
• Oversee contract renewal identification and data management for assigned scope.
• Manage associated expenditures of projects up to $1M in value or as otherwise assigned.
• Engage stakeholders effectively and maintain robust project management.
• Participate in SW/SaaS product development lifecycle and sourcing.
• Conduct financial analysis and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Encourage global collaboration.

• Proficiency in Technical Sourcing is required.
• Ability to handle Contract Negotiations effectively.
• Must have experience in Contract Compliance.
• Strong background in Project Management is necessary.
• Experience in Procurement is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
