We are offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role of an IT Director involves managing and overseeing the development and use of Information Technology within our team.
Responsibilities:
• Implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and optimize their strategic benefits.
• Design and customize technological systems and platforms to enhance the customer experience.
• Develop the company's IT strategy and ensure all necessary systems to support its operations and objectives are in place.
• Direct and organize IT projects, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation.
• Analyze the costs, value, and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
• Approve purchases of technological equipment and software, establishing partnerships with IT providers.
• Oversee the technological infrastructure, including networks and computer systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor changes and advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain a competitive advantage.
• Manage the deployment and support of ERP and CRM solutions.
• Ensure the effective use of cloud technologies and backup technologies.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies is required.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is necessary.
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.
• Ability to implement and manage ERP Solutions is a critical requirement.
• Expertise in Backup Technologies is required.
• Proficiency in working with Computer Hardware is essential.
• Experience in handling Contracts within the IT department is necessary.
• Proven track record in managing Deployments is required.
• Experience with Deskside Support is a vital requirement.
