What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee fund accounting operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering professional development and process improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of fund accounting experience, preferably in investment management, real estate, or financial services.
- CPA preferred – strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Proven leadership skills – experience managing and mentoring accounting teams.
- Technical expertise – proficiency in accounting systems, financial reporting tools, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – ability to identify trends and drive process improvements.
