We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist in the retail industry based in Atlanta, Georgia. The selected candidate will be tasked with managing our Email & SMS campaigns for the US and Canada markets, working closely with the CLIENT retention team.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the management of Campaign Calendar, including date adjustments, final creative screenshots insertion, and final subject lines.
• Assist with Creative Briefing by providing specific style SKU numbers or nuances for Canada assortment where availability differs from the US.
• Coordinate the feedback process on Creative Assets and follow up as necessary.
• Liaise with the Creative Operations team to ensure the timely receipt of final asset files.
• Set up Email and SMS campaigns in our SaaS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Own the Campaign QA process, routing for internal Retention team approval, and ensuring sign-off from key stakeholders.
• Support the QA process for paid media ads in Canada.
• Compile daily campaign results into an Excel document and support other reporting tasks as required.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the team as they arise.
• Monitor and track performance, defining specific goals where necessary.
• Ensure the retention calendar is regularly updated.
• Facilitate creative feedback from stakeholders promptly upon receipt.
• Ensure campaigns are routed for QA well in advance of deployment.
• Deliver daily reporting by specified deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for creating and editing digital marketing materials.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage, modify, and publish digital content.
• Ability to use CRM systems for tracking and managing customer interactions.
• Familiarity with Facebook Insights for monitoring and analyzing social media engagement data.
• Proficiency in Google Ad for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns.
• Experience with AB Testing to compare the performance of different marketing strategies.
• Ability to create compelling Advertisements to attract and retain customers.
• Strong skills in Analytics for interpreting and utilizing data to inform marketing decisions.
• Experience with Blogging to engage with the audience and promote brand awareness.
• Proven ability to increase Brand Awareness through effective digital marketing strategies.
