    We are seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney with expertise in Title VII cases to join our team. The ideal candidate will represent employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, providing sound legal counsel and advocacy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle all phases of labor and employment litigation, including investigations, discovery, motions, hearings, and trials.
    • Represent clients in Title VII cases, including discrimination and workplace retaliation.
    • Advise employers on compliance with employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA.
    • Represent clients before administrative agencies like the EEOC.
    • Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
    • Negotiate settlements or participate in alternative dispute resolution.
    • Education: JD from an accredited law school; active US bar license.
    • Experience: 4+ years in labor and employment law litigation with a strong focus on Title VII.
    • Skills: Strong litigation skills (trial advocacy, deposition, motion practice), legal research, and client communication.
    • Technical Knowledge: Experience with eDiscovery and case management software.
