    HR Generalist <p>Robert Half is assisting a manufacturing client in the recruiting for an HR Generalist to join our Sheboygan area client. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support and collaborating with onsite leadership in the areas of operations and safety as well as collaborating with corporates' talent acquisition and HR leadership. You will be responsible for all onsite HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, workers compensation and time and attendance audit.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a permanent placement opportunity offering competitive compensation, annual bonus eligibility, 401 matching, generous vacation and flexible schedule.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Responsible for reviewing applications in ATS system for passing along to operations management for review.</p><p>• Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and promptly addressing any issues</p><p>• Oversee time and attendance, ensuring accurate records are kept and any discrepancies are resolved</p><p>• Handle workers compensation matters, adhering to the relevant laws and regulations</p><p>• Collaborate with the corporate HR team to align local and multi state practices with company-wide HR initiatives</p><p>• Support plant leaders with HR-related inquiries and compliance</p><p>• Conduct investigations into employee relations issues as required</p><p>• Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations</p><p>• Administer HR-related documentation and records in line with company policies</p><p>• Play an active role in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.</p>
