Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming support requests via phone and email, gather pertinent information, and create trouble tickets
• Perform initial troubleshooting actions which may include repairing, replacing, and installing equipment
• Escalate incidents and ensure ticket resolution
• Guide and assist community-based technical resources in resolving a wide range of service issues
• Maintain and operate devices, ensuring optimal connectivity and configuration
• Participate in quality improvement and skills development activities within the team
• Provide support for applications, including Microsoft Office 365 and Android iOS
• Utilize tools such as Active Directory and Remote Desktop Support for issue resolution
• Offer support for computer hardware related issues
• Share identified technical problems and solutions with the Service Support Team.
