    We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our non-profit organization. This role is based in Greenville, South Carolina, 29607, United States. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing solutions to customer inquiries.

    Responsibilities:
    • Engage with customers to address various issues or requests related to their accounts
    • Handle mostly inbound calls, assisting customers with their account-related inquiries
    • Assist customers with new card activation and troubleshoot issues with existing cards
    • Utilize internal software to update customer account information accurately
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service
    • Translate customer service interactions for Spanish-speaking customers when required
    • Add detailed notes to customer accounts following each interaction
    • Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
    • Must possess strong skills in Customer Service, demonstrating a proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction
    • Proficiency in the Spanish Language is required, both written and spoken
    • Experience in Spanish Translation is desirable, particularly in a customer service context
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse set of customers
    • Demonstrated ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a detail oriented manner
    • Strong problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions to customer issues
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Experience working in the Non-Profit sector is a plus
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
